Japanese Sushi with Wakako Guppy is an introductory lesson in ‘authentic’ Japanese cuisine. Wakako, a licensed Japanese chef, will start with a discussion of rice and sushi, then show how to prepare special rice for sushi and demonstrate making one of the most popular kinds of sushi, a thick sushi roll. Then it will be your turn - you will prepare rice and make rolls. This course is not suitable for vegetarians.
