BUTCHER - HIGHLY SKILLED
Newlyns is looking for a highly skilled butcher to join our existing team of seven butchers, to work on full carcasses of beef, pork and lamb which are produced on our farm and sold through our Farm Shop.
We have traditional breeds of Hereford and Shorthorn which are hung in our purpose built hanging room for a minimum of 21 days. Our pigs are a traditional Berkshire cross and we produce all our own sausages and bacon for the shop and our Farm Café for our famous Farmers Breakfast.
This is a busy butchery working 4 bodies of beef, 25 pigs and 25 lambs per week, producing the highest quality for our customers and also a large volume of meat for our Production kitchens to make ready meals for the Farm Shop.
