About The Course

Everyone wishes to re create those wonderful Mediterranean creations you experience whilst on holiday- this course will enable you to re live those moments.

You will cook varying dishes from around the Med such as France, Spain and a little Turkish. These dishes will include an assortment of flavours and cooking skills.

Samples recipes may include:

Leek and Comte tart

Chicken tagine

Caponata

Cardamom chicken with yoghurt and almonds

Limoncello ice cream
