


Asian cuisine is undoubtedly some of the most exciting and enjoyable food to cook. Asia is the world's largest and most populous continent across which there is a huge diversity of ingredients and cooking techniques. Our course focuses on southern and eastern Asian food including dishes from China, Japan, India and Thailand. Sample dishes are: yasai gyoza (steamed vegetable dumplings a la Wagamama's); stir-fried yellow beef curry with fresh turmeric and galangal; chicken with black bean sauce (learn how to make this popular sauce from scratch - worlds apart from the ready made stuff) and toovar dal with tamarind and spices.
