About The Course

If you love fish and seafood but don't want to get involved with the gutting and filleting this course is for you. The course covers a variety of shellfish and fish cookery techniques using flavours and ingredients from around the world. Gain confidence from knowing how long to cook fish for, what flavours to put with it and what to look for when buying fresh fish. Sample dishes include: moules marinieres; lemon sole meuniere; crab mousse; salt and pepper squid.
