About The Course
In this five hour course we will work through a 3 course dinner party menu suitable for a competent cook to entertain guests with some show stopping dishes.
Sample menu includes:
- Seared scallop with black pudding and caramelised apple
- Pan roasted duck breast, roasted carrot and star anise
- Chocolate Cremieux, cherry gel, hazelnut crumble
