In this five hour course we will work through a 3 course dinner party menu suitable for a competent cook to entertain guests with some show stopping dishes.

Sample menu includes:

  • Seared scallop with black pudding and caramelised apple
  • Pan roasted duck breast, roasted carrot and star anise
  • Chocolate Cremieux, cherry gel, hazelnut crumble
