An exciting new menu is in development for this year's Barbecue course with something to satisfy every palate. Our Barbecue courses are designed to teach you a variety of dishes and delights to make your barbecue one to remember.
Recipes for 2026 are likely to include the following:
- Char Siu Pork Chop
- Broccoli and charred gem lettuce Caesar salad
- Fish skewers
- Barbecued vegetables
- Whole BBQ chicken with Kansas City glaze
- Miso glazed mushrooms
- Sweet option that will defy what's possible on a BBQ!
We prepare your food for this course using both the Big Green Egg and Weber barbecues, using a mixture of charcoal and gas. We are also stockists for the Big Green Egg and have a range of their BBQs in store for you to explore. Please ask our staff in store for more information.
