Corporate Culinary Team Building

We offer bespoke team building cookery experiences for companies and are able to accommodate minimum of 8 people and maximum of 26.
Additionally, Newlyns Cookery School has a mezzanine glassed area with a capacity for up to 70 people for private entertaining or a meeting room for up to 20 people.     
We are a working farm and farm shop so if you would like a group tour around the farm to discover our 'Field to Fork' ethos and traditional, sustainable farming practices. we can offer a tractor and trailer ride for up to 30 people (seasonal).   

Our resident in-house chefs will run the cookery session, tutoring and guiding you through producing a delicious three course meal. 
This could include skills, such as: Butchery, Fish Filleting & Cooking, Knife Skills, Game Preparation & Cooking, French Cuisine, Dinner Parties, Quick & Easy Dishes, Pastry, Barbecue, Bread, Cakes and Delicious Desserts.

Our team had a great day and thoroughly enjoyed our team building day and evening experiencing the Newlyns' version of wine tasting and "Ready Steady Cook!". The kitchen facilities were of a very high standard and the staff full of fun and enthusiasm. As a group of almost 20, the team coped effortlessly with us.

Just a note to say what a wonderful, great, fun evening we all had on 14 September - it was our first event as a team and after the initial - oh no I can't cook reaction (well some of them!) everybody enjoyed the experience and of course eating it!!! The venue was perfect, the staff very attentive and all well laid out - couldn't have asked for anything more! Will certainly recommend within Virgin Media as a great team building venue!
I just wanted to pass on again my thanks for the wonderful morning we spent at Newlyns Cookery School. We all had a great time learning new skills and thoroughly enjoyed the food we prepared. The tuition was extremely well delivered, Hannah's comments were supportive and encouraging
