About The Course

This course showcases the abundance of fantastic food and wine regions in France. Come and learn how to make regional French style tapas dishes and then Caviste Wine Merchants will guide you through a wine tasting to match each dish to the region it comes from. (Please do not have supper before you arrive). Sample dishes include:

  • Sundried tomato tapenade filo parcels
  • Pork medallions with prunes and cognac
  • Twice baked goats cheese and thyme soufflé
  • Moules marinière

  • Chicken liver parfait with quince
  • Sirloin steak with béarnaise sauce 
  • Apple tarte Tatin
