About The Course

Alan Rosenthal trained at Leith’s School of Food and Wine in 2007 and went on to launch the food brand stewed! which was stocked in supermarkets for several years.  Alan was commissioned by Ebury Press to write his cookbook, Ultimate One Pot Dishes, in 2010, and ever since, has been running one pot cookery classes with much success.  Alan also runs a successful supper club in North London, advises businesses on their food propositions and menus and regularly publishes his recipes on his website and on social media.

 

One pot cooking is brilliant for freezer filling and for fuss free delicious entertaining.  During this practical class, Alan will take you through 6 different recipes spanning traditional slow cooked British style one pot cooking, to more exotic recipes like Spanish paella and Persian chicken.   You will learn lots of key skills during the day to ensure that your one pot recipes going forward taste as good as they can possibly be!
