The Great British BBQ can sometimes need a little inspiration. Our BBQ courses are designed to teach you interesting dishes and delights to make your barbecues ones to remember. Dishes such as:
- Seared steak tacos, smokey pineapple salsa, sour cream and charred limes
- Cedar planked chalk stream trout, maple and citrus glaze, pecan waldorf salad
- Pinchos morunos, marinated Spanish pork skewers with crispy mange trout, spring onions, aioli and lemon
- Hay baked leg of lamb
- Mushroom shawarmas
- Grilled Tennessee style peaches, bourbon, vanilla cream
Hopefully, you will then be able to create a feast that makes your family and friends smile!
We prepare your food for this course using both the Big Green Egg and Weber barbecues, using a mixture of charcoal and gas. We are also stockists for the Big Green Egg and have a range of their BBQs in store for you to explore. Please ask our staff in store for more information.
