About The Course
“Join Tim for a hands on fun and insightful day dipping your toes into the wild food of the season. We will take a short trip along the farm hedgerows and see what we can find to eat, along with a few seasonal treats Tim will bring with him. Then you will set to work in the kitchen, skinning and cooking a rabbit, making bread and cooking some seasonal shell fish with other wild ingredients to compliment the dish"
