Our corporate days offer groups of 12 people the opportunity to prepare and create a three course meal under the guidance of our Head Chef. They will work in teams of two to produce a master piece which they can then sit down and enjoy as their dinner. There will be an element of competition throughout the cookery session. Corporate days can be flexible and bespoke.
The Newlyns cookery school offers two areas which companies or private parties can use as a corporate party venue. We can set up the rooms to your requirements, give you an endless supply of tea and coffee, and provide a buffet lunch or any other culinary requirements. You can then be left to focus on your meeting, while we deal with everything else. The dining area has space for 20 seated and 40 standing.
Learn to prepare the finest food, match it with the finest wine, all supplied by our farm shop. We will provide a wine expert who can teach your participants how to choose the best wines to match their food. A corporate and party favourite.
We understand how important it is to keep staff motivated and self-esteem high, in order for a business to be successful. Our Culinary team building events create an environment that promotes bonding between participants that is not always possible in a work environment.
With the assistance of our professional Chefs, team members work together to prepare a fantastic meal in a comfortable setting – whilst improving their confidence, communication and leadership ability. Key Managers are able to assess staff members' skills with regards to problem solving and team interaction, while corporate hosts are able to spend quality time communicating with customers.
We can host your corporate event for up to 12 people, tailored to meet your exact requirements and no culinary experience is required.
